    Alright…let’s get real, ok?

    What I know is…eating healthy and keeping a nutritious regimen is not so easy, especially in our overscheduled lives as working parents or overachieving single professionals. We fear starting a discipline only to see it go to the wayside when all of our demands of work and family tug at our time… and hearts.

    I understand the frustration with that extra weight that just won’t come off, how it effects our emotions and self-confidence day after day.
